Kristen graduated from Sheridan College in 2011 where she obtained a Bachelor of Applied Health Science Degree in Athletic Therapy. Kristen has worked within many multidisciplinary clinics rehabilitating injuries and conditions effecting the body such as pre and post operative, post fracture, as well as repetitive and acute strain/sprains and a variety of chronic musculoskeletal conditions. She takes an active approach to the rehabilitation process by including a wide variety of soft tissue and manual therapy techniques, therapeutic modalities, orthopaedic bracing and prophylactic taping. Kristen is a firm believer in injury prevention and total conditioning and she incorporates this into her regime. Kristen also has experience working with athletes and she is no stranger to the injuries athletes face because she once was an elite level gymnast and still enjoys working within the sports world. She has experience working with athletes involved in hockey, football, field hockey, soccer and rugby as well as many other competitive and recreational activities; providing assessments and rehabilitation programs to return athletes to sport activity as safely and effectively as possible.
